30-DAY RETURN POLICY
TOXYFREE offers a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less any applicable shipping and handling fees.
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please ensure you include the RMA number on the outside of your return package for efficient processing.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, and send them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Please note that all returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions stated above. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
