At TOXYFREE, we believe that what's inside matters most. That's why we're committed to eco-conscious shipping practices that minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. We reuse shipping materials, including plastic that has been sent to us, without compromising the quality and presentation of our eco-luxe products.
Although we request non-plastic shipping materials from our suppliers, some products still arrive in plastic packaging. We encourage you to keep the reusing cycle going by saving any plastic packaging for your future shipments. As consumers, we can create positive change by demanding eco-friendly shipping options.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If this occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If shipping costs seem unusually high, please contact us at hello@shoptoxyfree.com, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL Express to provide you with reliable delivery options.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
TOXYFREE ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Please note that customs and taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGED ORDERS
If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You can also reach out to us at hello@shoptoxyfree.com for assistance. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photographs may be necessary for the claims process.
