Our cattle are sustainably raised, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. We don't feed them antibiotics or give them any hormones or GMO feed. Animals are treated humanely from birth to processing. Our farms use rotational grazing practices that don't require any herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. We offer the finest, nutrient-rich grass-fed beef available!
Sustainably-raised, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef suet and tallow are the ingredients you'll need to make your recipe something truly special. You're sure to get plenty of nutritional value from our beef tallow and suet, including plenty of CLA and good natural trans-fat.
You can use Lamb Tallow as an alternative for shortening, lard, or beef tallow. You can also add Lamb Tallow to meat and vegetable dishes for added flavor with all the health benefits of grass-fed fat. Lamb Tallow has a high smoking point and is wonderful for high heat cooking and frying. It can also be used for soap and candle making. It has not been bleached, deodorized, hydrogenated, or altered.
Pemmican is a concentrated mixture of fat and protein used as a nutritious food. It does not need to be cooked or heated. When comparing fats for cooking and consumption, remember; all fats are not created equal. Conjugated Linoleic Acid or (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid (naturally occurring trans fat) found primarily in Beef and Dairy. Studies have shown these fats may provide a whole host of health benefits. These are very different from the trans fats found in manufactured hydrogenated vegetable oils which have been linked to inflammation and obesity. The reason why grass-fed is important in this regard is because the amounts of CLA present depends significantly on what the animals eat. By most estimates, grass-fed and grass-finished beef and dairy can be 300-500% richer in CLA than grain-fed animals.
Our Wild-Caught Seafood products are supplied by Vital Choice and are certified sustainably wild harvested. Wild-caught seafood is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids and numerous other vitamins & minerals. Wild-caught seafood has been shown to have a healthier balance of Omega 3/Omega 6 fatty acids. Our original wild-caught raw shrimp are a staple in kitchens all over the country.

White shrimp are near impossible to source. We have taste-tested the new brown shrimp in our kitchen and could honestly not tell a difference between the two. The wild-caught brown shrimp have excellent flavor, and are the same plump sizes as our white shrimp.
