Premier Turmeric (sprinkled into olive oil with sea salt - drink, dip, or dressing)

emu oil (teaspoon)

amla tablets (10 daily)

cod liver oil (tablespoon)

skate oil (teaspoon)

Azomite mineral powder (1-2 teaspoons mixed into bone broth)

probiotic (few times a week) 

ox bile and pancreatic enzyme (with meals)
