Discovery 2: Sleep

If I want to lose weight, I have to sleep more. What?! Sleeping is the same as eating? I had no idea the two were connected! Sleep always felt like a luxury! I knew to sleep around 8 hours to be healthy and to prevent falling asleep while driving. But wait! Sleep affects my weight? This changes everything! Now instead of mindlessly watching a screen because I'm too tired to go to bed, sleep is a mindful choice of my diet!
