S P I R I T


Once I realized “there are no problems,” life changed forever! This took a lot of studying, practicing, and retraining of the brain. The practice became habit and then the habit became nature. The most helpful practices have been recognizing stress and then questioning my thinking; practicing and practicing gratitude; acting kind even if not feeling kind; accepting that everything is exactly how it should be; knowing all is well all the time; not taking things personally; participating in positive communities; partnering for accountability; doing service; acting with faith even if not feeling faith; knowing without a doubt that I am responsible for my health and happiness. 

There are no words for the impact this has on life except HELLO! HAPPINESS
