+60% fat made by nature (pork fat, olive oil, coconut oil, duck fat, beef fat)
+15% protein made by nature (grass-fed meat, liver, bone broth, fish, seafood)
+10% carbohydrates made by nature (herbs/leafy greens, pickles, lemon/lime, microgreens)
health: impeccable

happiness: 300%!!!!!
