Happiness Class: Fat is Where It's At! Costa Rican Centenarians and Me

I recently read about Costa Rican centenarians consuming 1 gallon of pork fat every month during their lengthy, healthy and happy lives! This is proving almost true for me! I use A LOT of fat for cooking and eating every month! Pork fat and bacon, chicken skin and fat (only from wild-diet animals), beef fat, bison fat, lamb fat (all from only grass-fed animals), olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil (all traditionally processed) and duck fat, goose fat (only from wild-diet animals) when I can find it!
