So grateful for all the Internet guidance and author guidance!!! Learning about long-term pickle fermentation with newly purchased fermenting crocks! Hopefully taking nutrition to a whole new level!!! Feels a little uncomfortable having "cookware" with a glaze, but I'm hoping it is not too different than fermenting in glass.
I've been perusing so many books from the library about herbs and flowers! Searching for the best ways to preserve all the gems! I added this and this to my extremely limited kitchen library! Gems about the gems!!!!
